MAC Client Installation

Install and Configure Worksnaps

• Download the Worksnaps Client package. The package is in DMG format.
• Click on the DMG file to launch it.
• You should see an installation window like this one . Just drag the Worksnaps Client icon to the Application folder.
• Go to you Applications folder and you should see Worksnaps Client. Just click to launch it.


• If you see message "Unable to load Java Runtime Environment", please refer to this document on how to resolve the issue.
• If you see message "JRELoadError", please refer to this document on how to resolve the issue.


• Now you should see this Login window .
• Important Step You need to turn on Screen Recording, Accessibility, and Camera (optional) for Worksnaps Client to make it work properly. Please follow this instruction to configure those options.
